We DO recycle! Instead of a new box like you will get from most companies, there is a 90% or more chance you will get a box that has been recycled from us. We do not waster paper and send a receipt in the box as you have the receipt in your e-mail. You DO NOT need a paper receipt to return an item. There is an electronic record. If you want of course you can print out the receipt.
Shipping Information: Canada Customers please use only the Canada Shipping option. Canada orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. US Customers use the UPS Ground shipping option or USPS Priority Mail option for AK, HI and APO and those who want items to ship to PO Boxes. NOTE we ship USPS to HI and AK, therefore certain items cannot be shipped, we reserve the right to cancel those items. We also reserve the right to cancel oversized shipments if the purchaser does not wish to pay additional shipping. Also some items are simply too large to ship USPS to HI and AK.
Normal shiping costs US Orders to the lower 48 states: Over $49 Free! under $49, we charge $7 for shipping.
Want to ship overnight or 2nd day air? Please add to the comments section of the order. You will be charged the overnight or 2day air fee that WE ARE CHARGED in addition to your order after we know what the freight charge is.
PLEASE EXAMINE IMMEDIATELY. ALL defect CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 20 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. Used items are not accepted for return. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. Items returned must be returned within 30 days after purchase, IF refunds are issued after 30 days, you shalll receive a store credit. Credit card are only keep on file for 30 days. NO returns on SPECIAL orders (aka if you have us order 100 pink poka dot jerseys you own them), climbing equipment, underwear or food. PLEASE E-MAIL TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM, AS IT IS MUCH MORE efficient than phone calls. We will send a RMA number.
Sat phones orders are accepted only for US Orders. The orders must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card.
